Ordering Information

Ordering procedures:

Step 1 - Send us your order
Simply fill in our web form above and we will get back to you shortly. Customers are advice to order during the warmer months or place advance order and request for orders to be sent during the warmer months.

Step 2 - Import permits from Agriculture department
Many countries require import permit for life plants. Please seek information on importing permits from your agriculture department to ensure a safe import. Import permits is not required for local orders.

Step 3 - Verify your order invoice and reply us
We will send you an invoice displaying all the order particulars and the amount you are required to pay. Please verify that the order particulars and the total amount are correct and reply us with your confirmation message.

Step 4 - Make payments with Paypal
We will send a Paypal Fund Request E-mail where you can make a safe payment with your credit card or Paypal Funds. Please see payment methods to find out more.

Minimum Order:
We only accept a minimum of 100 USD.

Duration for order preparation:
Once payments were received, we will proceed with the preparation of your order. Your orders may take 2 - 3 weeks time to prepare. Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you with the tracking number.

International Payment
We accept only Credit Card payments through Paypal or Paypal fund transfer. We will send you a Paypal fund request after your confirmation.

Local Payment
We accept payment through Bank Account Fund transfers. We will send you our bank account details for fund transfer.

Export Documents:

CITIES-Phytosanitary inspection and certification
We export all plant products with CITIES-phytosanitary certificates issued by our local agriculture department. The certificates will be sent together within the parcel. We do not export any plants listed in CITIES APPENDIX 1.

Delivery Methods:

Delivery Method 1- Express post (EMS)
By default, all orders that include life plants will be delivered by express post. The postage will be calculated by weight and can vary from country to country.

Delivery Method 2- Normal post
We will send by normal post only when there are no perishables in your order.

Note: + Estimated delivery - Day 1 being the working day after the date of despatch to overseas. All items can be subjected to customs clearance, delays in destination country, missed or cancelled dispatches, which may require additional days.

CITIES-Phytosanitary and Fumigation Certificates
CITIES-Phytosanitary for 10 items or less = 15 USD
CITIES-Phytosanitary for 11 - 20 items = 30 USD
CITIES-Phytosanitary for 21 items or more = 50 USD
Fumigation Certificates= 12USD (Optional)

CITIES Export/Re-export Certification
9 USD per species, minimum 5 species.

Process fee for changes in delivery method
3 USD process fee + additional postage charges (Not compulsory)

Discounts and incentives:

Customers are recommended to order in bulk to receive more discounts and savings on packaging and delivery charges.

      200 USD - 500 USD receives 5% discount
     
501 USD - 999 USD receives 10% discount
   
  1000 USD or more receives 10% discount with
      free phyto certificate

 


Terms of Sales

Understanding of Order Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, we assume our customers had fully understood the ordering terms and relevant charges listed on this page. Contact us if you have any queries.

Checking of items upon receiving
We advice our customer to inspect every purchased items carefully, inform us if there are any unacceptable damages or incorrect items within 1 day upon receiving. Send us photos of the damages or the incorrect items.

Replacement options
Customers may choose to have free replacements to be shipped together in a new order or customers may choose for the free replacements to be sent individually. Shipping of replacements is not free.

Replace or refund of damaged items
Sometimes due to a bumpy ride, items may receive some Impact. If the items are deemed unacceptable by us, we will send you a one time free replacements for the damages or a full refund for items with the value of $50 and below.

Replace or refund of wrong items
Wrong items rarely occur but when that happens, please inform us. We will send you a one time free replacements for the damages or a full refund for items with the value of $50 and below. Customers are not required to return the wrong items.

Refund for undelivered item/s
We will issue a full refund for the item/s that was undelivered. Customers may choose for the undelivered items to be sent individually. Shipping of items is not free.

Replacing item
We will replace with a new item that fits the description of your order. We do not allow changing of replacement items unless due to special circumstances.

Damages due to negligence or mishandling
There will not be any replacement if the damage was due to the negligence or mishandling of consumers.

Damages due to uninformed unsuitable shipping conditions
Customers are advice to order during warmer months or place advance order and request for delivery during the warmer months. We are not responsible for any damages due uninformed unsuitable shipping conditions.

Lost parcel
In any case of lost parcel, we will investigate the reason. If we are responsible for the lost parcel, we will issue free replacements for your order. We will not be responsible if the delivery address supplied to us is incorrect. All parcels will be delivered to the specified location and if our customers are unable to accept the parcel, our customers are advised to collect it from their post office as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any damage due to late collection.
